Arbor Terrace Willistown in West Chester, PA is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM shift. You’ll keep our community safe and welcoming by handling repairs, painting, and preventative tasks to prepare apartments for new residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong hands-on maintenance skills.
• Able to work well in a team.

Responsabilités

• Prepare apartments for new residents by painting and completing small repairs
• Assist the Maintenance Director with daily projects and preventative maintenance
• Use handyman skills to troubleshoot and fix common maintenance issues
• Keep tools and supplies organized, stocked, and ready for use
