Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to prepare empty apartments for new residents by painting and making small repairs. Your practical handyman skills will support the Maintenance Director across a range of projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• General handyman skills useful for daily maintenance tasks.
