Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a Full-time Maintenance Assistant with painting experience. You will help ready empty apartments for new residents by painting and performing small repairs, while supporting the Maintenance Director on a variety of projects and keeping supplies organized for the next assignment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in painting and small repairs.
