The Arbor Company in Exton, PA is seeking a Maintenance Assistant with painting experience to help prepare apartments for new residents by painting and performing small repairs.

You will support the Maintenance Director on a variety of projects, keep supplies organized, and contribute to a friendly team dedicated to quality service.

Qualifications
