Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring a Service Technician at our Tonawanda, NY apartment community. You will troubleshoot and perform maintenance on HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other systems to keep residents safe and comfortable.

We offer a pay range of $24.00–$26.00 per hour, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, up to 50% rent discount, benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match), and paid time off. On-call rotation is included.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge and related troubleshooting skills.
• EPA/CFC certification preferred.
• 2–3 years of maintenance experience preferred, or equivalent experience/education.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and complete service repairs including HVAC, general appliance repair, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other maintenance needs.
• Keep interior and exterior areas up to company standards, safety guidelines, and applicable laws.
• Respond quickly to resident service requests and assigned work orders.

Compensation & Incentives

• Base Pay: $24.00–$26.00 per hour

As The Service Technician, You Will Help To

• Troubleshoot and complete service repairs including HVAC, general appliance repair, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other maintenance needs.
• Keep interior and exterior areas up to company standards, safety guidelines, and applicable laws.
• Respond quickly to resident service requests and assigned work orders.

Hours & Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Paid rotating on-call participation required.

What We'll Expect From You

• Active, valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred.
• 2–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
