Staffmark is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Fayetteville, AR. The role focuses on preventing downtime by diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, reading schematics, and maintaining equipment to keep production moving safely and efficiently.

The position requires safety-focused work, ability to read manuals and diagrams, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Pay is $22.00–$26.00 per hour with rotating 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic equipment.
• Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, blueprints, or equipment documentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and preventative maintenance practices.
• Experience with high/low voltage electrical systems; 3-phase power (460V preferred).
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics; basic data entry and maintenance logs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document completed work.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Collaborate with production and other departments to minimize downtime.
