Brookside Properties is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician in Clarksville, TN. You will handle service requests, unit turns, and routine upkeep across multifamily properties.

The role offers stable hours, a supportive team, and growth opportunities within a growing company. Qualified candidates have 1+ year maintenance experience (HVAC helpful), EPA Type II or Universal preferred, and reliable transportation with basic tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred).
• HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) preferred.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Reliable transportation + basic tools.
• On-call availability as needed.

Responsabilités

• Complete service requests and work orders efficiently.
• Assist with unit turns (make-readies).
• Maintain property grounds, buildings, and amenities.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and provide solutions.
• Support preventative maintenance programs.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies.
