Brookside Properties, Inc. in Clarksville, TN is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to handle service requests, make repairs, and help with unit turns and groundskeeping.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred).
• HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) preferred.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and work orders efficiently.
• Perform repairs: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry.
• Assist with unit turns (make-readies).
• Maintain property grounds, buildings, and amenities.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and provide solutions.
• Support preventative maintenance programs.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies.
