Job summary

Brookside Properties, Inc. in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support operations with a focus on HVAC, repairs, and preventive maintenance. You will work on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and carpentry to keep units ready for new residents.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred).
• High School diploma or GED.
• HVAC experience preferred; EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) preferred.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and work orders efficiently.
• Perform repairs: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry.
• Assist with unit turns (make-readies).
• Maintain property grounds, buildings, and amenities.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and provide solutions.
