Responsibilities

• Equipment & Automation Maintenance: Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair on custom automation cells, robotic welding equipment, conveyors, and assembly machinery.
• Preventive Maintenance (PM): Execute scheduled preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability, extend machinery lifecycle, and eliminate unscheduled downtime.
• Diagnostic & Root Cause Troubleshooting: Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics, ladder logic, and pneumatic diagrams to quickly diagnose equipment failures and execute permanent corrective actions.
• Fabrication & Mechanical Support: Utilize hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and basic welding/fabrication equipment to repair or modify machinery components and fixtures as needed.
• Facility Maintenance: Support general shop and plant maintenance, including minor facility equipment, air compressors, cooling systems, and infrastructure utilities.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA standards, environmental safety regulations, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, and PPE requirements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with production supervisors, controls engineers, and project teams to support dynamic tooling changes, line integration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician who thrives in a high-tech, automated environment? We are looking for a skilled multi-craft technician to join our advanced manufacturing team in Duncan, SC!

In this role, you’ll work directly with state-of-the-art robotic welding cells, custom automation lines, and advanced industrial control systems. If you're looking for a dynamic shop floor where no two days are the same, this is the spot for you.

Salary: $56,000 - $67,000 per year
