Job summary

Randstad USA in Clinton, TN is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated manufacturing systems. This role supports production lines and equipment reliability.

This position offers a 2nd shift (2:30 PM–10:30 PM) with pay range $62,400–$70,700 per year, full benefits, and overtime as needed. Candidates should have a High School diploma and 2–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience; journeyman or

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate Degree or Journeyman Certification preferred.
• 2–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics; electrical, PLC, and robotics experience required for advanced tier.
• Must bring basic hand tools and be willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment, drives, clutches, and bearings.
• Read mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical prints.
• Perform maintenance welding, cutting, and basic machine shop fabrication.
• Troubleshoot electrical control systems, PLCs (ladder logic), and robotics (higher-level candidates).
• Must be able to perform general repairs using mechanical equipment and hand tools.
• Read mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, fabrication and electrical prints.
• Disassemble and repair clutch and brake assemblies, and shaft bearing and seal assemblies.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic circuit components, electrical control systems, motion controls, robotic systems down to component level, lubrication systems and components, pneumatic schematics and prints.
• Troubleshoot and repair gear, belt, and chain drives.
