We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our facilities and production lines running at peak performance during our crucial weekend operations. In this role, you will apply your mechanical and electrical trade expertise to diagnose issues, maintain complex packaging lines, and ensure zero-compromise adherence to safety standards.
salary: $58,000 - $62,000 per year

Responsibilities
- System Diagnostics & Diagnostics: Troubleshoot active electrical and mechanical conveyor networks using visual inspections and sound analysis to pinpoint failure root causes.
- Mentorship & On-the-Job Training: Coach mechanics and machine operators daily, providing direct guidance on proper machinery operation and maintenance techniques.
- Record Keeping & Administrative Accuracy: Track and record data regarding machine modifications, completed servicing tasks, and scheduled repairs.
- Safety & Regulatory Adherence: Execute all maintenance activities in full compliance with corporate safety rules and OSHA workplace standards.
- Advanced Machinery Servicing: Execute complex electrical panel work along with mechanical repairs across packaging lines and industrial gear.
- Workflow Optimization: Partner with management to refine operational workflows, boost asset reliability, and streamline maintenance practices.
- Preventative Maintenance Execution: Complete scheduled preventative upkeep tasks systematically to eliminate unexpected equipment breakdowns.
- Daily Operational Checks: Manage and monitor standard start-up and shut-down sequences across facility machinery to preserve operational readiness.
- Equipment & Conveyance Maintenance: Routinely inspect, tune, and repair mechanical components, electronic controls, and industrial machinery.
- Adaptive Work Assignments: Carry out auxiliary maintenance tasks, special facility projects, and direct assignments as needed.
