Responsibilities

• Keep maintenance plans current and report equipment safety concerns to the production manager.
• Set up new equipment in the maintenance schedule with the industrial engineering team.
• Maintain logs of completed maintenance.
• Coordinate third-party providers for contract maintenance jobs.
• Participate in the 5S facility program and support ISO requirements.
• Maintain hand and power tools used for in-house maintenance.
• Collaborate with production teams on equipment performance.
• Keep production areas clean, organized, and professional.
• Support the facilities manager with facility-related communication and feedback.
• Participate in production and intra-department meetings.
• Promote team goals, track results, and report continuously to management.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Knowledge of PPE requirements
• Knowledge of operating equipment such as scissor lifts and forklifts
• MS Office Suite knowledge
• Safety practices in an industrial environment
• 3-5 years' experience in maintenance functions in an industrial production environment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
