Job summary

Jobtailor in Wisconsin seeks a Maintenance Technician to service a high-speed canning facility. You will perform preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and collaborate with Engineering and Production to optimize equipment performance and throughput.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year maintenance experience in a manufacturing or related environment. Visa sponsorship is not available. This role emphasizes data-driven maintenance using CMMS software.

Responsibilities

Maintain automated industrial equipment in a high-speed canning facility.
Make minor repairs on general plant machinery such as fans, blowers, conveyors, belts.
Work with the Engineering Department on new installations and machine improvements.
Work with the Production Team to improve machine and process efficiency.
Apply basic electrical and electronic principles in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of plant systems.
Utilize computerized maintenance software and programs to maximize efficiency and data collection/analysis.

Requirements
