Position Summary

Performs semi-skilled work in the maintenance and repair of buildings and associated equipment/systems.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• Two (2) years general knowledge/skills in minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, repair of doors/windows, painting, and general building maintenance.
• Must possess maturity in judgment, professionalism, creativity, and ability to work with diverse personalities.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable by the University, maintaining a low-risk driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minor HVAC skills
• Refrigerant recovery certification
• Trades-related certifications/training (documentation required)
