Three Rivers Energy LLC in Coshocton, Ohio is seeking a Maintenance Technician to sustain plant utilities, equipment and safety standards. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and support daily operations to keep the ethanol process running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Maintains plant cleanliness and works in a safe manner at all times.
• Ensures daily mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic operation of plant and facilities.
• Performs routine preventive maintenance to keep machines and systems running smoothly.
• Calibrates equipment and keeps accurate records of maintenance actions.
• Troubleshoots machinery issues using schematics and manuals; inspects and tests equipment.

Job Responsibilities:Maintains plant cleanliness and works in a safe manner at all timesEnsures the efficient daily mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic operation of the plant and facilitiesPerform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines/equipment continues to run smoothly and building systems operate efficientlyEnsure all necessary calibrations are performed and records kept as appropriate.Ensure premises and equipment are maintained and records kept as appropriate.Inspect drives, motors, belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions, following preventive maintenance checklistsTroubleshoots problems with machinery to determine nature of problem, such as computer, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical problems or set‑up of the equipment using schematics/drawings/manuals.Assemble, install or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery, and equipment.Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.Confers with technical support groups to solve computer-related and hydraulic-related problems.Helps to maintain the repair parts inventoryDiscuss any problems with Maintenance Manager and work with him/her on daily tasks.Other duties as assigned by managementResponsible for following food safety regulations and company policies is essential to ensure the integrity of our food-grade production processes.

Job Requirements

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. High school diploma. Post-secondary education and/or a technical trade certification (e.g. millwright, electrician, welder, pipe-fitter, etc.) is preferred. TIG Welding experience is a plusMinimum 2 years of hands-on work experience inindustrial mechanical maintenanceGood attitude and accepting of change.Excellent electrical/mechanical diagnostic skills.Ability to work in a cooperative, team-based environment.Capable of using parts/PM management computer system.Must have valid driver's licenseRequired to be on call as assigned.Ability to physically ascend and descend up to 200 stairs.Ability to physically perform tasks overhead as well below at knee level.
