Job summary

Westerman, Inc. in Bremen, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair advanced mechanical problems across the facility. You will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, welding, and fabrication with a focus on safety and quality.

SUMMARY

Westerman, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician with a proven ability to troubleshoot advanced mechanical problems in an efficient and safe manner throughout the facility. This position is responsible for preventative and mechanical maintenance and must possess intermediate knowledge of machine repair. A successful candidate is a self-motivated problem-solver that utilizes a strong work ethic to ensure all quality levels are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, up to entire length of shift (10 - 12 hours).
• Must be able to handle physical repetitive work.
