Waffle House is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support multiple restaurants in the Clearwater area. You will install and repair restaurant and refrigeration equipment, perform electrical and plumbing work, HVAC, and roof repairs, and replace doors, blinds, and tiles as needed.

This full-time role requires basic plumbing, electrical knowledge, HVAC up to 5 ton, EPA Universal Certification, and a detail-oriented, independent worker who collaborates with teams.

Qualifikationen

• Basic plumbing, electrical wiring, and HVAC knowledge required.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Experience with refrigeration equipment is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow technical manuals and schematics.

• Install and repair restaurant equipment and refrigeration units.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and roof repairs as needed.
• Replace doors, blinds, tiles and other fixtures.
• Ensure safety and code compliance in all tasks.

The Waffle House Maintenance Technician will be responsible for multiple restaurants in and around the geographical area. Job responsibilities will include installation and repair of restaurant and refrigeration equipment, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, roof repair and replacement of doors, blinds, tiles, etc.

Required Experience:

1. Basic Plumbing
2. Basic building electrical wiring (low voltage and 120/208 volt, single and 3 phase service)
3. Use of small power/hand tools
4. HVAC repair for units up to 5 ton
5. EPA Universal Certification

Schedule and Benefits:

1. 2 weeks paid vacation per year, 3 weeks after 2 years
