Job summary

Frankenmuth Bavarian Inn Lodge in Frankenmuth, MI is seeking a full-time maintenance worker to perform a variety of repairs and preventative tasks to keep the lodge, rooms, buildings, grounds, and equipment in good condition. You will contribute to safety and security and support ongoing upkeep across the property.

The role requires flexibility to work a 5-day week (37–40 hours) with shifts from early morning to evening, including weekends and some holidays. No relocation provided.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform a variety of repairs to maintain Lodge facilities.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance to minimize future problems.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on rooms, buildings, grounds, equipment, and furnishings.
• Assist in maintaining security and safety across the Lodge.

Job description

Performs various repairs to insure that the Lodge is maintained in good condition, including rooms, buildings, grounds, equipment, and furnishings. Responsible or implementing preventative maintenance to minimize future problems and expenditures. Helps maintain security.

FULL TIME:

5 days per week, 37-40 hours average per week may vary in slow and busy seasons, more or less hours accordingly.

Earliest shift will start at 6:00 a.m., latest shift will end at 10:00 p.m.

Must be willing to work a combination of hours between these times.

Must be willing to work weekdays, weekends, evenings and some holidays.

Compensation Package:
