Frankenmuth Bavarian Inn Lodge is seeking a positive, organized Towel Haus Attendant to provide towels to guests at the waterpark, manage towel inventory, and ensure an efficient towel exchange process. You will support park operations while upholding safety and cleanliness standards to deliver great guest experiences.

This part-time role requires weekday/evening/weekend availability; shifts run about 9:45am to 9:45pm with 2–4 days weekly and 20–36 hours overall.

Description du poste

Our Towel Haus Attendant is responsible for providing clean towels to guests, maintaining inventory, and ensuring an efficient and friendly towel exchange process at the waterpark. This role plays a key part in delivering a positive guest experience by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and accuracy in all transactions. The Towel Haus Clerk also helps maintain the cleanliness of the towel exchange area and supports overall waterpark operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining a fun, safe, and family-friendly environment by upholding all safety, cleanliness, and customer service standards set by the Bavarian Inn Lodge. Supports the goal of having the highest level of guest service offered in Michigan.

HOURS:

Part- time: Average of 2 - 4 days a week and average hours per week are 20 – 36 hours. Shifts will be 9:45am to 9:45 pm.

*Must be willing to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays.
