Job Description

Maintenance Technician positions available!

The Maintenance Technician responsibilities include:

1. Timely completion of work orders and special projects
2. Completion of plumbing and electrical service requests
3. Completion of apartment turns
4. Servicing residents in a friendly, customer service-oriented manner
5. Diagnosing problems and repairs in electrical areas
6. Responding to all service requests and on-call emergencies as directed by the Property Manager and Service Manager, ensuring they are completed in a timely and professional manner
7. Assisting in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times
8. Performing housekeeping duties as required, including snow removal during winter months when needed
9. Maintaining pools, spas, and pool areas if applicable

Qualifications

• Experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing preferred
• Excellent customer service skills and general computer knowledge
• Strong experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and painting

Plumbing, contracting, builders certifications, and licenses are a plus!

Availability for on-call duties and flexibility to work weekends when necessary is appreciated.
