We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team at a 65-unit affordable housing community in Cincinnati, Ohio. Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to keep properties in excellent condition
• Complete service requests promptly, interact with residents, and maintain systems
• Coordinate service requests for residents and management
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy
• Inspect mechanical systems and grounds, addressing safety issues immediately
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance
• Assist in preparing sites for inspections
• Maintain workplace safety standards, including COVID-19 protocols
• Participate in rotating emergency on-call duties

Compensation

• $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
• Annual performance-based bonus
