About The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Maintenance Technician to help keep our YOS properties clean, safe, and functioning smoothly. You’ll work under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor to handle day-to-day maintenance tasks, repairs, and safety checks.

Maintenance Supervisor

Job Type:

Full-time

Hourly Rate:

$17 to $18 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Perform basic manual labor, including trash removal, restocking supplies, light landscaping, basic furniture repairs, and completing safety inspections.
• Deliver internal mail twice a week.
• Support emergency maintenance requests (on-call).
• Work safely and monitor contractor work.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• Some maintenance or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in demanding environments.
• Comfortable indoors and outdoors, including in wet or humid conditions.
• Understanding of safety procedures and maintenance tools.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and communities.

Additional Info

• This role involves physical work and working in various weather conditions.
• Must handle tools safely and work near machinery.
• Occasional work in high places or around fumes/dust.
