Property Management, Inc. Camp Hill, Pennsylvania seeks a full-time Maintenance Technician to support apartment communities across multiple sites. You will handle resident work orders, turnovers, light electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs, and basic grounds tasks in a customer-focused role.

Applicants should have a valid PA driver's license, reliable transportation, and excellent customer service. The position offers employee ownership, benefits, and paid time off with on-call rotation

Qualifications

• Residential maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with work orders in apartments.
• Assist with turnover of apartments.
• Perform light grounds/landscaping as needed.
• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks in apartments.
• Repair appliances.
• Provide customer service to residents.
• Assist with salt/snow removal.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule in Camp Hill/Mechanicsburg areas.
• May be eligible for on-call bonus.

Description:

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. We are currently searching for one full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team as part of the Maintenance Service Division. This position will travel to multiple sites in their own company vehicle, to assist with work orders and turnovers at various apartment communities. Rate: Starting at $20 per hour depending on experience and position.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
