Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician in Camp Hill, PA.

The role involves traveling to multiple sites in the company vehicle to handle work orders and turnovers at apartment communities, with a focus on light electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair, while delivering excellent resident service. The position is part of the Maintenance Service Division in a stable, employee-owned company with 55+ years in real estate.

Qualifications

• Residential maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
• Assist with turnover of apartments.
• Perform light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC in apartments.
• Repair appliances as needed.
• Provide quality customer service to residents.
• Assist with grounds/landscaping as needed.
• Rotating on-call in West Shore Communities; may be eligible for on-call bonus.

We are currently searching for one full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team as part of the Maintenance Service Division. This position will travel to multiple sites in their own company vehicle, to assist with work orders and turnovers at various apartment communities. Starting at $21 per hour depending on experience and position.

Hours

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
