Job summary

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to join the Altoona team. The role involves traveling to multiple apartment communities to assist with work orders and turnovers, supporting residents and maintaining property standards.

Hours are Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm. PMI is an employee-owned company offering stock, 401(k) with match, disability insurance, generous PTO, paid holidays, a referral program, uniforms, and more.

Qualifications

• Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred.
• Working cell phone.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Valid PA Driver's License and reliable insured transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
• Assist with turnover of apartments.
• May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.
• Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments.
• Appliance repair.
• Salt / Snow removal duties.
• Rotating On-Call in local area.
• May be eligible for an on-call bonus!

We are currently searching for one full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team as part of the Altoona maintenance team. This position will travel to multiple sites, to assist with work orders and turnovers at various apartment communities.
