Property Management, Inc. in State College, PA seeks a full-time Commercial Maintenance Technician to join our employee-owned team. You will perform building maintenance, preventative tasks, grounds upkeep and light electrical/plumbing/HVAC troubleshooting while delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid PA Drivers License and insured transportation.

Rate: $22-28/hour depending on experience.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30AM to 4:00 PM.
