Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Vintage Brunswick in Brunswick, GA to maintain the physical integrity of the property and respond to maintenance requests.

Competitive compensation: $20 to $26 per hour plus a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days. Benefits include 15 days PTO, 9 holidays, medical/dental/vision, 401k with match, and company-paid life and disability insurance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s license required.
• EPA HVAC certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Willing to work flexible schedule and on call rotating nights and weekends.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (sponsorship not available).

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Complete make readies.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Keep shop and work areas clean and organized.
• Provide a parts and material list weekly.
• Assist in coverage of emergency calls with teammates.
• Demonstrate customer service by treating residents, staff and vendors professionally.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties assigned by manager.

Overview

Vintage Brunswick is looking for a Maintenance Technician who will use their maintenance experience and attention to detail skills to maintain the physical integrity of our property.
