Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC, a national property management company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Vintage Bakers Crossing in the United States. The role emphasizes maintenance of the physical integrity of the property and timely completion of work orders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Complete make-readies.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas.
• Preventative maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas.
• Provide a parts and materials list needed weekly.
• Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members.
• Demonstrate customer service by treating residents, staff, and vendors professionally.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.

Overview

Vintage Bakers Crossing is looking for a Maintenance Technician who will use their maintenance experience and attention to detail skills to maintain the physical integrity of our property.

Requirements
