RAM Partners LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Vintage 1959 in Murfreesboro, TN. The role requires maintenance experience and attention to detail to preserve the property's physical integrity.

Compensation starts at $25–$26 per hour with on-site duties and a focus on safety and resident satisfaction. The position offers paid time off, holidays, health benefits, a 401(k) match, life insurance, and disability coverage after one year of service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s license is required.
• EPA HVAC certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Willing to work flexible schedule and on-call rotating nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Complete make-readies.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas.
• Preventative Maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas.
• Provide a parts and materials list needed weekly.
• Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members.
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors in a professional manner.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager.

Vintage 1959 is looking for a Maintenance Technician who will use their maintenance experience and attention to detail skills to maintain the physical integrity of our property.
