About the Community:

Yacht Club is a 392-unit apartment community located in the lovely Heritage Harbour neighborhood of Bradenton, FL. Some of the community amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, 24-hour fitness center, pet park, playground, and athletic courts.

About the Role:

Northland is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to complete maintenance service requests and work orders including, but not limited to, HVAC, electrical, pool maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and housekeeping items. This role will also handle apartment turnovers for scheduled move-ins in a timely manner while working safely and efficiently.

Our maintenance team maintains the highest level of professionalism and customer service when working with residents, vendors, and guests. As part of our commitment to delivering a top-tier experience, maintenance team members are required to handle after-hours emergency calls and be on-call as needed, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience in general maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and painting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and vendors.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends as part of on-call responsibilities.
