We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician with proven skills for an apartment community located in Bradenton/Sarasota, FL. A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Maintain the property's grounds
2. Prepare apartments for occupancy (punching and painting)
3. Manage work order tickets
4. Respond to on-call maintenance emergencies
5. Complete special property projects
6. Provide exceptional customer service to residents

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Valid driver’s license
3. Reliable vehicle
4. EPA Certification is a plus
