Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment across multiple fields. You will perform routine and predictive maintenance, ensure clean/organized work areas, and communicate complex issues professionally to customers and team members.

The role emphasizes safety, hands-on mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, and timely responses. A high school diploma or GED and basic training in related areas are preferred.

Formación

• Six months minimum experience in a company environment or equivalent experience and/or training such as basic plumbing, painting, HVAC or construction.
• Two years electrical experience minimum.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Must complete all safety, environmental and task training and/or certifications.
• May require a valid driver’s license.
• Forklift and electric pallet jack certification may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine and predictive maintenance.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain a clean work area.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues and perform repairs.
• Provide strong customer service and communicate clearly with coworkers and customers.
• Follow Lock Out/Tag Out safety procedures and maintain logs.
• Maintain maintenance logs and schedules.
• Use hand and power tools, operate scissor lifts, ladders, and scaffolding; soldering/welding a plus.

Job Overview

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for safely performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment in one or more fields (carpentry, paint, electrical, janitorial equipment, HVAC, vehicle/golf cart etc.).

Roles & Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.

Self-Starter with Leadership and problem-solving skills

• Perform routine and predictive maintenance
• Perform general cleaning and maintains clean work area
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment, electrical & mechanical issues and then repair
• Strong customer service skills
• Comfortable communicating complex issues with superior, co-workers and customers in a professional manner
• Proven ability to work safely in industrial environments
• Familiar with and utilize proper Lock Out/ Tag Out safety procedures
• Perform preventative equipment maintenance and repairs on all floor equipment, scrubbers, chariot vacuums, extractors, etc.
• Respond positively to requests in a timely manner
• Ability to use hand and power tools, use of scissor lifts, ladders and scaffolding. Soldering and welding a plus
• Maintain maintenance logs and schedules

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: May required to have a valid driver's license. Forklift and electric pallet jack certification may be required.

Compensation and Shift

Mon.-Fri 7am-3:30pm

$17.00-$18.00 per hour
