Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Hawaii to safely install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of equipment across carpentry, paint, electrical, janitorial equipment, HVAC, and more. Qualifications

• Six months minimum experience in a company environment or equivalent experience and/or training such as basic plumbing, painting, HVAC or construction.
• Two years electrical experience minimum.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent combination of training and experience preferred.
• Must complete all safety, environmental and task training and/or certifications.
• Forklift and electric pallet jack certification may be required.

• Perform routine and predictive maintenance.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain clean work area.
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment, electrical & mechanical issues and then repair.

• Work safely in industrial environments.
• Utilize proper Lock Out/Tag Out safety procedures.
• Perform preventative equipment maintenance and repairs on all floor equipment, scrubbers, chariot vacuums, extractors, etc.
• Respond positively to requests in a timely manner.
• Use hand and power tools, use of scissor lifts, ladders and scaffolding; soldering and welding a plus.
• Maintain maintenance logs and schedules.

Job Overview

Maintenance Technician will be responsible for safely performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment in one or more fields (carpentry, paint, electrical, janitorial equipment, HVAC, vehicle/golf cart etc.).
