Job summary

Roofstock, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service rental properties north or south of Birmingham, AL. This full-time role requires HVAC Type II certification and offers a base pay of $25.00–$28.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package and company vehicle with gas card.

You will perform repairs, prepare units for turnover, conduct inspections, QA external work, and manage field service tasks via mobile apps in a fast-paced environment.

• Inspections: Conduct move-in/out and property onboarding audits.
• QA: Audit work completed by external vendors.
• Field Ops: Manage service tasks via mobile apps and post legal notices.

Compensation: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour (Base pay may be adjusted based on experience, licensure level, and location.)

HVAC Certification: HVAC Type II Certification required, Universal Certification preferred

Location: North or South of Birmingham, AL

About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you will maintain rental properties in peak condition across multiple sites. We are looking for a self-motivated, tech-savvy professional who is customer-focused and capable of performing high-quality repairs and inspections in a fast-paced environment.
