Job summary

Mynd is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service rental properties across multiple sites near Birmingham, AL. You will perform repairs, inspections, and turnovers with a focus on quality and customer service.

This full-time role requires HVAC knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently in the field, with daily travel to local properties and a mix of indoor/outdoor duties.

Qualifications

• HVAC Type II Certification required; Universal Certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Prepare vacant units for new move-ins (make-readies).
• Conduct move-in/out and property onboarding audits.
• Audit work completed by external vendors.
• Manage service tasks via mobile apps and post legal notices.
