Job summary

The Liberty Group is seeking experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for our onsite communities. Pay ranges from $21 to $23 per hour, based on experience.

Must have 6+ months of onsite apartment maintenance experience, a valid government-issued ID, reliable transportation, and own basic tools. You will handle service requests, make-ready turns, and maintain common areas with a strong focus on resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Own basic tools needed for maintenance tasks.
• Comfortable completing service requests and apartment turns (make-ready).

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform make-ready/turn repairs to prepare vacant apartments for move-in.
• Maintain common areas and community grounds as needed.
• Document work completed in maintenance logs.
• Prioritize multiple work orders and work independently.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and onsite teams.

Preferred (not required)

• A/C / HVAC certification (EPA/CFC/HVAC) — pays more
• Strong make-ready/turn experience
• Related experience (hotel maintenance, rehab, condo, carpentry) only if you also have onsite apartment experience
