Job summary

The Liberty Group is immediately hiring experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for onsite communities in Speedway, Indiana. Pay ranges from $23 to $24 per hour, depending on experience.

What you'll do includes completing resident service requests, performing make-ready repairs, maintaining common areas, documenting work, prioritizing orders, and delivering outstanding customer service to residents and onsite teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ months onsite apartment maintenance experience
• Valid government-issued ID
• Reliable transportation
• Own basic tools needed for maintenance work
• Comfortable completing service requests and apartment turns (make-ready)

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests in a timely, professional manner
• Perform make-ready/turn repairs to prepare vacant apartments for move-in
• Maintain common areas and community grounds as needed
• Document work completed in maintenance logs
• Prioritize multiple work orders and work independently
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and onsite teams
