Dominion Management Group, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service a scattered portfolio of over 850 homes in the Greater Baltimore Area. You will handle general maintenance, communicate with tenants, and manage work orders in AppFolio. A driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

You will join a team that values integrity, reliability, and organized efficiency, delivering timely repairs and dependable service to keep homes safe and functional.

Qualifications

• Must have a Valid Driver's License and vehicle.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and dependable; team player.
• Affordable housing experience is required.
• Good problem solving and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in single/multi-family homes in Maryland, with a focus on Baltimore City.
• Communicate effectively with Tenants, Management, and Vendors.
• Regularly update work orders in AppFolio as work is completed.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose property repairs.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to emergency maintenance requests.
• Work to guarantee tenant satisfaction and meet company expectations.

Dominion Management manages a scattered site portfolio of over 850 homes and multi-family buildings throughout The Greater Baltimore Area. We are looking for a vibrant candidate with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as a Maintenance Technician

Applicants must be excellent communicators, highly organized, able to effectively prioritize and multi-task, and have superior customer service skills. Affordable housing experience is required. This position will report directly to our Field Maintenance Manager.

Applicants must have an active driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

• Protect property value by completing quality repairs and maintenance across Dominion’s portfolio, addressing issues before they become larger, more costly problems.
• Improve tenant satisfaction and retention through timely repairs, clear communication, and dependable service that keeps homes safe and functional.
• Increase maintenance efficiency by accurately diagnosing issues, prioritizing work orders, and keeping AppFolio updated so management can track progress and coordinate resources.

• HVAC: Ability to replace air filters and troubleshoot thermostat issues.
