Job summary

The Liberty Group is seeking experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for onsite communities in Arizona. The role requires 6+ months of onsite apartment maintenance experience and a valid government-issued ID.

You will perform make-ready repairs, complete resident service requests, maintain common areas, and document work in maintenance logs. Onsite transportation and basic tools are required. HVAC certs are a plus but not required.

Pay ranges from $20 to $23 per hour, depending on experience.

• 6+ months onsite apartment maintenance experience
• Valid government-issued ID
• Reliable transportation
• Own basic tools needed for maintenance work
• Comfortable completing service requests and apartment turns (make-ready)

• Strong make-ready/turn experience
• Related experience (hotel maintenance, rehab, condo, carpentry) only if you also have onsite apartment experience
