Job summary

Green Hills Community is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join our team. This full-time role involves maintenance and repairs across the community’s buildings and equipment, including drywall, painting, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and electrical work.

Responsibilities also include routine facility inspections, safe tool usage, and pursuing CPO certification. A high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and passing a background check are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assist with drywall, painting, and carpentry projects.
• Perform minor plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repairs as needed.
• Conduct routine facility inspections to ensure safety and quality.
• Safely operate hand and power tools during maintenance tasks.
• Become a certified Pool Operator (CPO) during employment.

Position Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, on‑call every 3rd week (4:30pm-8:00am), which includes Saturday

Salary Expectations: $22.00/hour
