We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and facilities. The technician will ensure that all systems are operating efficiently and safely while minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed, including parts used and labor hours.
- Assist in the installation of new machinery and equipment as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and management to identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes and efficiency.
- Order and maintain inventory of repair parts and supplies.
- Participate in training and development to stay current with industry best practices and new technologies.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Familiarity with HVAC, motors, and industrial equipment is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.

Working Conditions:
