Job summary

Southwood Realty Company is seeking a Maintenance Tech with HVAC and EPA certifications to maintain and improve property buildings and grounds at the Rock Hill, SC site. You will complete on-site maintenance and preventative tasks to preserve physical condition and safety.

The role requires lifting up to 75 lbs, standing/walking throughout shifts, and delivering timely responses to service requests while upholding OSHA standards and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• HVAC and EPA certification required.
• Customer service oriented and responsive to residents.

Responsibilities

• Complete all service and maintenance requests within 24 hours.
• Follow up on service requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Participate in ongoing maintenance and improvement plans for the property.
• Produce turns on vacant units within 5 working days.
• Maintain 80% of vacant units in a ready condition at all times.
• Maintain vacant units daily.

Job Summary

Maintain efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds. Complete onsite maintenance and preventative maintenance in order to maintain the physical condition of the property.
