Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Handling work orders from residents in a timely manner.
• Plumbing repairs including tanks, toilets, sinks and drains.
• Electrical repairs including lights, switches, outlets and breakers.
• HVAC tasks (no certification needed) such as PTAC units and filter changes.
• Outdoor maintenance including lawn care and snow removal.
• Custodial duties and trash removal in common areas.
• Ordering supplies and coordinating with outside contractors.
