Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or some college credits from a technical school.
• One+ year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in apartment maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural and appliance repair; drywall repairs and painting are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
• Identify and report broken equipment or unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Maintain clean and safe work area in compliance with safety regulations.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and building/grounds; maintain positive customer service attitude.
