Job summary

Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support daily operations at a luxury condominium community. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will keep common areas and residential units operating safely and smoothly.

The role covers light plumbing, electrical work, painting, drywall patching, carpentry, and lock repairs, with VRF/VRV HVAC tasks and after-hours on-call readiness. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in residential facilities is a plus.
• Basic skills in plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, carpentry, and lock repairs.
• Familiar with VRF/VRV HVAC systems and preventive maintenance preferred.
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills; on-call readiness.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs in common areas and residential units.
• Handle entry-level tasks including light plumbing, basic electrical work, painting, drywall patching, carpentry, and lock repairs.
• Assist with VRF/VRV HVAC-related tasks such as filter replacement and basic inspections.
• Support move-ins and move-outs by preparing common areas and assisting with logistics.
• Escort vendors and contractors, operate freight elevators, and conduct walkthroughs.
• Provide backup support to the Maintenance Supervisor and assist with general building upkeep and packaging duties.

What You Need to Succeed

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and property operations best practices.
• General maintenance experience or strong mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness to be on-call or respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience inresidential facilities is a plus.
