Job summary

Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day operations at a luxury condominium community in Dallas. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will perform routine repairs and assist with HVAC-related tasks to keep common areas and units running smoothly.

The role requires hands-on skills, reliability, and a proactive approach. You will work Thursday through Monday, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off, and participate in after-hours

Qualifications

• Familiarity with building systems such as VRF/VRV HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators and life safety equipment.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and property operations best practices.
• General maintenance experience or strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs in common areas and residential units.
• Handle entry-level tasks including light plumbing, basic electrical work, painting, drywall patching, carpentry, and lock repairs.
• Assist with VRF/VRV HVAC-related tasks such as filter replacement and basic inspections.
• Support move-ins and move-outs by preparing common areas and assisting with logistics.
• Escort vendors and contractors, operate freight elevators as needed, and conduct walkthroughs before and after work is completed.
• Assist with general building upkeep, porter duties, and package handling when needed.
• Serve as backup support to the Maintenance Supervisor when required.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in residential facilities is a plus.
