Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to keep a luxury residential community safe, neat, and well-maintained. You will perform preventive maintenance, make basic repairs, and support operations to enhance residents’ living experiences.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or property management environments.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry repairs.
• Strong troubleshooting skills; able to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent customer service and communication with a resident-focused approach.
• Experience working with vendors and contractors is a plus.
• EPA Certification is preferred or willingness to obtain.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on the property.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections of building systems and common areas.
• Complete basic repairs including drywall, painting, light plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and HVAC filter replacements.
• Maintain appearance, cleanliness, and functionality of lobbies, hallways, amenities, and shared spaces.
• Respond to maintenance requests and identify issues before they escalate.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors, provide building access and monitor work.
• Support move-ins/move-outs and freight elevator operations as needed.
• Assist with general property upkeep, package handling, and busy periods.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies.

• SCHEDULE: Full-Time | Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. | Availability for on-call emergencies.

What You Need to Succeed
