Job summary

National Vision Holdings, Inc. is seeking Maintenance Technicians for our optical manufacturing facility. The 1st shift runs from 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, with minor variations.

Base pay is DOE, plus bi-weekly bonus opportunities, and a generous PTO plan along with health benefits. Techs will service and maintain lab equipment, perform preventative maintenance, handle work orders to minimize downtime, and assist with installations and repairs.

Qualifications

• No specific education required.
• 1–3 years experience in industrial maintenance (electro/mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulics, servo drives, HVAC).
• Manufacturing experience desired; optical industry knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performing Preventative Maintenance on all lab equipment and maintaining PM checklists.
• Handling work orders to resolve machine issues and minimize production downtime.
• Servicing and maintaining Edgers, Generators and Blockers.
• Identifying issues and performing repairs.
• Assisting with installations, fabrications, servicing of other equipment and systems in the lab.
• Following all safety measures, Lock out / Tag out procedures and utilizing PPE if required.

We're seeking Maintenance Technicians to join the team at our growing optical manufacturing facility.

1st Shift Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm M-F. (Maintenance schedules may vary slightly)

Pay & extras:Base pay (DOE) PLUS extra bi-weekly bonus opportunities. We also have a generous PTO plan and many other benefits.

Maintenance Technicians are responsible for servicing and maintaining equipment located in the lab.

Principal duties and responsibilities include:
