National Vision Holdings, Inc. is hiring Maintenance Technicians for our optical lab manufacturing facility.

The role offers a full-time, on-site position with a unique 3-day schedule (2nd shift) and a 4-day weekend rhythm, plus a 10% shift differential and opportunities for bi-weekly bonuses. You will perform preventive maintenance, handle work orders, service Edgers, Generators and Blockers, identify issues, and assist with installations while following safety policies.

Qualificações

• 1-3 years previous experience in industrial maintenance, diagnosis and repair (electro/mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulics, servo drives, HVAC).
• Experience in manufacturing is desirable; optical industry knowledge a plus but not required.
• Must be able to read and write English.

Responsabilidades

• Performing Preventative Maintenance on all equipment, maintaining PM checklists.
• Handling work orders to resolve machine issues and minimize production down time.
• Servicing and maintaining Edgers, Generators and Blockers.
• Identifying issues and performing repairs; assisting with installations, fabrications and servicing of other lab equipment.
• Following all safety measures, Lock out / Tag out procedures and utilizing PPE if required.

Our optical manufacturing facility is growing! We're excited to offer new openings for Maintenance Technicians.

Schedules: Our FT 2nd shift positions work 3 days/week with 4 days off. Perfect for those wanting to restructure non-work hours or minimize commutes. Maintenance Tech hours may vary slightly but core shift hours are:

• Shift 2A: Sundays through Tuesdays (3:30 pm - 4:00 am)
• Shift 2B: Wednesdays through Fridays (3:30 pm - 4:00 am)

Pay & extras: Competitive base pay (DOE) PLUS 10% shift differential AND extra bi-weekly bonus opportunities. We also have a generous PTO plan and numerous benefits.

Maintenance Technicians are responsible for servicing and maintaining equipment located in the optical lab.

Principal duties and responsibilities include:
